What about grout — will I have to scrub it?
No. Everything we install is grout-free: acrylic wall panels or tongue-and-groove tile that locks together with no grout lines at all. There's nothing for mildew to get into. It's the feature people mention most a year later.
Do I need a permit for this in Center Line?
For a straight like-for-like conversion inside the existing footprint, usually not — we're not moving drains or altering structure.
