If soaking genuinely helps — arthritis, circulation, chronic pain — get the walk-in tub; the hydrotherapy is real. If you haven't taken an actual bath in years and just want to get clean safely, get the shower. It's roughly half the price and there's no waiting for it to fill or drain. We sell both and we have no reason to steer you wrong.

Someone should be there at the start so we can walk through it together, and at the end for the handover. In between you're welcome to go out. We cover the floors, we work clean, and we haul everything away — you shouldn't be able to tell we were anywhere except the bathroom.

Most conversions and cutouts in Armada are a single day. We arrive in the morning, the old tub comes out, the new base and walls go in, and we clean up and leave that evening. Walk-in tub installs occasionally run into a second day when electrical work is needed for jets or a heated seat — and we tell you that when we quote, not on the day.

In Armada's older homes it happens — rotted subfloor, a previous repair done badly, galvanized pipe that shouldn't go back into service. We stop and talk to you before we spend any of your money. You'll get the options and the costs, and you decide. What we don't do is keep working and hand you a bigger invoice at the end.
